Healthy and delicious golden milk is tinted from turmeric and infused with ground ginger, cinnamon and cardamom. Sweetened with just a mint of maple syrup it's a lovely warming beverage.

Ingredients
8ozcoconut milksub your favorite milk
1tspmaple syrup(to taste)
1/4tspground ginger
1/4tspground cinnamon
3cardamom pods
1/2tspturmeric
Instructions
In a small pot, combine coconut milk, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom pods and turmeric. Stir well.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occassionally until milk is warmed through and starts to get frothy.
