Stir Fry Zucchini
Tender and fresh zucchini quickly cooked with soy sauce, sesame oil and chili garlic sauce makes a delicious side dish or entree over a bed of rice.
Servings 4
- 1 lb zucchini
- 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
Wash and cut the zucchini into half inch pieces.
In a large frying pan or wok add zucchini, soy sauce, sesame oil and chili garlic sauce.
Cook over medium-high heat, stirring ocassionally until the zucchini is fork tender but not mushy, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Serve immediately as a side dish or over a bed of rice.
