Hey, just want to let you know, that you are loved. You might not feel it, see it, know it or believe it, but it’s true. You are loved. Perhaps you do an excellent job caring for yourself externally and evening caring for others but do you take the time to care for your mind? How do you talk to yourself? Would you be willing to start declaring positive words of life over yourself today? Start here:

I am loved.

I am excepted.

Who I am, is enough.

I am a work in progress but I’m getting better everyday.

I’m an overcomer.

I am grateful.

I have something special to offer.

I am accepted just as I am.

I am unique, one of a kind and special.

I am not an accident.

I have a good future.
